Neutral7 was recently recognized with a 2012 American Graphic Design Award, honoring outstanding works in the media community. We can be proud to show-off our newest wall decoration – An Award of Excellence in identity design and branding for Gainesville Restaurant Week 2012.
The marketing and branding for Gainesville Restaurant Week captured the fresh and vivid colors of the cuisine of the Gainesville community, adding excitement about what was to come during the event. With clean lines and event details, the Restaurant Week branded marketing materials were distributed throughout the city via many integrated social and advertising venues. The strategic design style, combined with the selection of marketing materials, facilitated the exposure of an eclectic network of restaurant owners in the Gainesville community.
Of course, the beautiful food of Gainesville cuisine can easily be captured in photography, and the right combination of branding styling and marketing distribution can intensify its success of being discovered.
Local Gainesville eateries as well as Gainesville Chamber of Commerce members and businesses tagged, shared, liked, tweeted, blogged, video blogged, pinned, instagramed, and physically showcased several different kinds of large print signage, window displays, and postcards. This distribution of branded materials allowed an effective marketing campaign and enhanced the success of a great local event.
The logo was designed by Chrissy Sedgley and the additional marketing materials by Alex Coyle. Being recognized for excellence in branding and design identity from over 8,000 entries that Graphic Design USA receives is a tremendous accomplishment. We are very proud of our team and to have received this honor.
