Gainesville based property management company, Contemporary Management Concepts recently welcomed The Courtyards Apartments in Gainesville, FL to their family of properties. In an attempt to raise awareness of the property among preview students and incoming freshmen, CMC called upon neutral7 design group to help overhaul the branding and generate more traffic to the leasing office.…more …
