Storter Childs and PPIR
Last night Albert and I attended an event at the Storter Childs Printing Company. They had lots of fun give-away's, and delicious delights by Celebratios Catering. They gave everyone a tour of the facility and a chance to see their new Digital Press in action! And, Wow! It is very impressive.
After that we went over to the PPIR event at the Atrium. The weather put a bit of a damper on things, but over-all it was still a fun time.
It was a busy day yesterday but we were very glad to have the chance to attend so many events.

2008 Business of the Year Awards
Today Albert and Tiffany attended the the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce, 2008 Business of the Year Awards at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center. Here Albert is pictured with Brent Christensen, President of the Gainesville Chamber.
Congratulations to all of this year's finalists and winners! neutral7 did not enter an application, but apparently there were a record number of nominee's this year. We are especially proud of our clients who made it to the finals!

If you haven't been by the shop to see us in a while, now is the time! We have just acquired a new piece by the artist Hector Galvez that is a must-see. Albert saw the painting while attending the Sharab Lounge Art Show last week and knew immediatly where it had to go. It fits perfectly with the campaign we are promoting this fall called: say it with color. The artist, who is pictured above, was actually creating new pieces while at the show. Its really amazing to own a piece similiar to the one you watched the artist create.

Sharab Ribbon Cutting!

Fashion showLast night Albert and I attended the Sharab Lounge ribbon cutting/art/fashion show where we had an amazing time. For those of you who have not had a chance to visit Sharab, you are definitely missing out! You are not going to find another place in Gainesville that can offer or compare to what they have over there at Sharab Lounge. Not only are the coctails and tapas excellent, but the music selection spans from live jazz and latin nights to D.J's spinning everything from Indie to House dance hits. This is a great place for everyone between the ages of 21 and 101 !
Back to the art and fashion show, notice in the pictures how the pieces used to display art during the early evening, were then turned into the runway for the fashion show. Brilliant. All of these pieces were designed and built by Sharab's very own Gustavo, a man of many talents it seems.
His ability to bring together all of these different parts of the community, from the Chamber of Commerce, to the Art and Fashion worlds is a testiment to his creativity, and something completely fresh and new in Gainesville.
While at the art show, Albert purchased an awesome piece by a local artist that will soon be proudly displayed in neutral7. Check back soon for photos!

Saturn Project Completed Successfully!
Well, we had a little bit of a delay completing the project due to Tropical Storm Fay threatening us again and again, and again! But Albert and Jim were finally able to get the final pieces up this this morning and everything looks great! The pictures don't nearly do it enough justice if you ask me, so you should absolutely visit the Oaks Mall to see for yourself. While you're there, you can see one of Saturn's new vehicles too, with a kiosk by neutral7 located just outside of the Dillards mall entrance.
